Have you ever found yourself constantly getting locked out? One of our recent customers experienced this frustration repeatedly until we found a simple yet effective solution to their lockout woes.

A customer kept facing the inconvenience of getting locked out due to the configuration of their door handle. The existing lever pad setup seemed to be causing repeated issues, prompting us to take a closer look at the situation.

Upon inspection, we identified that changing the handing of the door from lever pad to lever lever could potentially solve the problem. Additionally, we wanted to enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of the door by choosing a nice black handle that perfectly matched their letterbox.

Customizing the door hardware not only aimed at resolving the lockout problem but also aimed to provide a personalized touch to their security setup. The process involved technical know-how, careful consideration of the customer’s preferences, and meticulous attention to detail.

Switching the door handling from the lever pad to the lever lever required a systematic approach. It involved selecting the appropriate tools, disassembling the existing handle, and reconfiguring the mechanism to ensure a seamless transition. Simultaneously, choosing a black handle that complemented the letterbox added a touch of style to the door’s appearance.

This customisation wasn’t just about functionality; it was about catering to the customer’s specific needs.
